My Poor Little Baby

So I called the Drs office today to see if I should bring in Irelynn or not. I worry about everything so I've been wanting to take her in since the first sneeze. I didn't want to be that crazy first time mom (or atleast appear to be...I already know I am that crazy first time mom). The nurses said to bring her in since her cough sounds like it is in her lungs now. It turns out she has Bronchiolitis and she has a little inhaler to use now. Hopefully she will start to get better soon. I feel bad for my little baby girl. I'm really glad I called the doctor now!

Sitting Up Again

Here is Irelynn last month practicing her sitting up skills. She also discovered her feet last month. She loves the "This little piggy went to market" poem. She smiles and laughs every time you start to say it.

Sick Again

My little Irelynn has a cold again. This cold is worse than the last one she had. She is doing ok though. It has been a rough couple of days....it could be worse but colds just mess everything up. She has a hard time falling asleep because she can't seem to use her pa-pa and breath out of her mouth at the same time. Our New Year's Eve was a bit boring this year. We finally managed to get Irelynn to sleep at 11:00 pm by sitting in the bathroom with the shower steaming it up (and she loves to hear the water running). We watched the ball drop on tv and then went right to sleep. Yes, life sure has changed for us. I wouldn't give up my little Irelynn for anything though:) I hope she feels better soon.

Sitting Up

Over the last two months Irelynn learned how to sit up. She has gotten really good at sitting on her own. She has also learned to roll over from her stomach to her back but she doesn't like to do it all that often. She hates to be on her tummy but we still practice everyday. She is still a power napper. She continures to sleep her 30 min naps. Maybe once a week she will do an hour or an hour and a half.

Catch Up

I haven't updated the blog in a long time. I know it has almost been two months! So can you guess what my new years resolution will be? I have a few resolutions but keeping the blog better updated will be one. I will try to post a few new blogs this week with some of the things that have happend in these last two months. These pictures are from Thanksgiving. We hope all of you had a great one.
