We went to Irelynn's second drs appointment last week and she is growing great. She is now 8lbs 8.5 oz and 21 inches. I was amazed that she had gained almost a pound. She is starting to be a little more awake during the day time. We gave her a first bottle of formula last night. We want to breastfeed the majority of the time but we wanted to give daddy a chance to feed her. Plus we want Irelynn to be able to take a bottle every now and then so the grandparents can babysit without problems.

Wow she looks so different in these pictures already. Amazing how fast they grow and change. Glad to hear she's gaining well, how are you doing?
